Frequently asked.
When do we get the images?
The first selection is online within 12 hours. The full set follows within 5 working days, an aftermovie within 7 working days. For press or live socials we deliver during the event.
Are the photos watermarked?
Photos in the public event gallery carry a small P watermark so players can share them with credit. The organiser or client receives the full set without watermark.
Do you charge travel costs?
Travel within Flanders and Brussels is included. Beyond that we charge mileage or travel and accommodation, always stated upfront in the proposal.
Who owns the rights to the images?
Padellr remains the author. The client gets a usage licence for its own communication: website, socials, press and print. For advertising, packaging or resale to sponsors we set up a tailored licence.
Can players share the photos?
Yes. Players can share the watermarked gallery photos on their own channels, tagging @padellr. Commercial use by third parties requires permission.
How far ahead should we book?
For tournaments in peak season (April to October), ideally four to six weeks ahead. Last minute is possible, just ask.
