What data we process, and why

• Contact form. What you enter (name, organisation, email, phone, event details), to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (pre-contractual measures), and our legitimate interest in answering questions.
• Images at events. Photos and videos we make at events where we are present on behalf of the organiser. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the organiser (coverage and communication of the event) and of Padellr (carrying out the assignment).
• Portfolio. We show a selection of those images on this site and our channels. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing our work. You can always object (right to object): we will then remove the image.
• Removal requests. What you enter in the form below, to carry out your request. Legal basis: our legal obligation to respond to your request.

Cookies and scripts

We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Only functional storage, needed for what you do yourself:

• a cookie that remembers you entered the password of a private gallery (30 days);
• a cookie for the administrator who logs in to the admin area;
• your choice to turn sound on or off, in your own browser’s storage.

YouTube or Vimeo videos only load after a click. Only then may that service set its own cookies.

Images at events

At tournaments and events we shoot on behalf of the organiser, who informs participants and spectators in advance. The images are used for the event’s communication, the event gallery and our portfolio.

Event galleries are public but not indexed by search engines. Private events get a password-protected gallery.

Minors

At youth tournaments we make images on behalf of the organiser, who arranges consent from parents. Parents can have any photo of their child removed, using the same procedure as below.

Sharing photos

Players can share the watermarked gallery photos on their own channels, tagging @padellr. Commercial use by third parties (e.g. sponsors) requires prior permission.

Who else processes your data

• Netlify: hosting of this site and receiving the forms.
• Cloudflare: storage of gallery photos (R2).

These services may also process data outside the European Union. This only happens under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

• Contact requests without an assignment: [[TODO: e.g. 12 months]].

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing and to data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@padellr.com.
